Be responsible for preparing electronics, communication, computer and micro-electronics patents. There are 20 full-time attorneys, in which 3 attorneys with over 15 years’ working experience; 5 attorneys with over 10 years’ working experience; 8 attorneys with the degree above mater’s degree; 4 attorneys with qualifications of patent attorney and lawyer at the same time.
No. 2 Patent Department
Be responsible for preparing mechanical, chemical, material and biological engineering patents. There are 5 full-time attorneys, in which one attorney with over 15 years’ working experience; two attorneys with over 10 years’ working experience; two attorneys with the degree above mater’s degree; one attorney with qualifications of patent attorney and lawyer at the same time.
Department of Law
Be responsible for patent invalidation and lawsuit. There are 6 full time lawyers, in which two lawyers with over 10 years’ experience; two lawyers with over 5 years’ experience; four lawyers with the degree above mater’s degree.
Department of Flow
Be responsible for patent management and flow control. There are 5 clerks, in which one clerk with over 15 years’ working experience; one clerk with over 5 years’ working experience; one clerk with the degree above master’s degree; 3 clerks with the bachelor’s degree. |
